glite-CE - Update to version 2.4.30-0

Description

This update fixes various bugs. For the full list of bugs, please see list below.

The update contains following upgrades and fixes:

• Condor plugin for lcg-info-dynamic-scheduler.
  Note: CE_BATCH_SYS variable of YAIM should be set to condor or CONDOR, like for example with PBS (pbs or PBS).
• The glite-CE metapackage had a missing dependency on lcg-info-provider-software component, which has been added.
