Updated YAIM

This yaim release completes the BDII_site and CE separation. It also contains the VOBOX password fix and various other bugfixes. Bug 21609 is however not fixed.
 

On the glite-CE node the following command should be run:
   run_function site-info.def <FQDN> config_bdii

Cleanup-gridaccounts

Now only ext2, ext3 and xfs are considered local file systems.

Please pay attention to the known issues.
