History of the older LCG Releases
These are all obsolete !

Please get the latest version of the User Guide from the EIS documentation page : (EIS doc)
To install LCG-2_3_1 you have to checkout the version from CVS:
setenv CVS_RSH ssh
setenv CVSROOT :pserver:anonymous@lcgdeploy.cvs.cern.ch:/cvs/lcgdeploy
cvs co -r LCG-2_3_1 lcg2
Please note, the documentation for this release is still under construction.

Most of the material that has been provided for LCG-2_3_0 is still valid.
The release is driven by several security updates.

Every one should read the release notes for this release: txt
All sites upgrading from LCG-2_3_0 have to read this: txt


All sites installing a new site should read in addition this: html pdf
