gLite dCache Pool Node

Description
Storage Element interfaced to
dCache containing the minimum dependencies for D-cache
(pool nodes).
dCache provides a system for storing and retrieving huge amounts of
data, distributed among a large number of heterogenous server nodes,
under a single virtual filesystem tree with a variety of standard access
methods.

Supported platform
The gLite 3.1 software stack is supported on
Scientific
Linux 4 (SL4).
Installation & Configuration
The service is available in RPM and in
tarball format.
The recommended installation is via the gLite YUM repository.
You can find the installation instructions

Configuration is supported through the standard yaim interface, eg for
the server
# yaim -c -s site-info.def -n glite-SE_dcache_admin_postgres
