Update of TORQUE and MPI
This update fixes a security vulnerability. The advisory from the GSVG will be published when this patch moves to production.
The update also contains new versions of Maui and Torque.
MPI deployment Known Issue
Please, bear in mind that MPI deployment together with TORQUE_client doesn't work due to bug #41007:
Missing Dependency libtorque.so.0 by package mpiexec. The fix for this problem is tracked in patch #3092,
which is at the time of this update in certification.
