Issues in the first gLexec release
Description
The mentioned patch contains a series of bug fixes. Until this is released, the following issues need to be taken into account:
- The userban plugin of LCAS will not work. It means that SCAS will not be able to fully ban a user.
- Malformed proxies will make gLexec crash.
- Creating 5 or more proxy delegations leads to a segfault in the voms-api
