lcg-CE_torque - Update to version 3.0.11-0

Description

This update contains a new version of BDII (3.8.8), which has the following changes compared to the previously released version (3.8.5):

• Increase slapd memory cache sizes for LCG/EGEE top-level BDIIs.
• Wait up to 1 minute for a new slapd to become responsive.
• Preload the DB in memory, so that the first clients do not have to wait.
• Try to prevent the slapd ports from getting taken by other processes.
• Relax top-level BDII limitation: it can accept but not update file URLs.

In addition, this update contains the latest version of GSIOpenSSH (3.9), which fixes the Denial of Service vulnerability (DoS vulnerability) described in the GGUS ticket 18734 ("gsissh server version out of date").
