Fix bug#33528 FTS: change the gridFTP session handling so that the copy and getFileSize are done in the same session.
lcg-vomscerts-4.9.0 adds next cert for lcg-voms.cern.ch, removes old cert for cclcgvomsli01.in2p3.fr, and improves the file modes from 755 to 644.
