glite-LFC_oracle - Update to version 3.0.5-0

Known Issues:
Some problems have been found in LFC Oracle while certifying this update. These are the workarounds until they are fixed:
In
/opt/lcg/share/LFC/db-deployment/create_lfc_tables_oracle.sql
comment or remove the line:
DROP TABLE schema_version;
Add a ";" at the end of:
INSERT INTO schema_version VALUES (3, 0, 0)

LFC improvements:
- increase maximum length of filename components to 255
- allow special characters in replicas and links
- add check on file basename length
- log soap_serve errors like VOMS errors
- Fix for GGUS ticket #16579: fix check on voname length
