glite-CLUSTER
First version of glite-CLUSTER
This is the first release of glite-CLUSTER. It is a new node type that can publish information about clusters and subclusters in a site, referenced by any number of compute elements. However, it should not publish cluster/subcluster UniqueIDs which are already published by another node such as lcg-CE or creamCE. For instance since version 3.1.46 the lcg-CE can be configured in 'cluster mode' which will prevent it from publishing its own cluster/subcluster IDs and allow the glite-CLUSTER node to be used to do that. (The glite-CLUSTER node can be on the same machine as the lcg-CE or a separate one).
Please note also that the gLite 3.2 version of glite-CLUSTER will be released soon.
lcg-CE
What's new
This is the first release of lcg-CE that can be used in conjunction with the new glite-CLUSTER node type.
glite-CREAM
What's new
- Fixed some problems in the new BLAH blparser for which in some cases jobs were wrongly reported as "lost" (done with reason 999)
- Addressed a performance problem affecting the proxy renewal operation
- PBS submission script created by BLAH is now compliant with newer versions of Torque wrt stagein/stageout directives (-W option)
- CREAM sandbox dir is now relocatable also at yaim level
glite-LB
What's new:
L&B 1.10 is the final feature release of the Logging and Bookkeeping service for gLite 3.1. The most important addition is the lightweight version of the L&B harvester module (unlike the full-fledged version, the light-weight harvester does not use a local database to store the harvested results, being primarily intended to forward the information collected). Apart of that, package dependencies have been updated and the service was tuned to work better with gLite 3.2 clients.
glite-SE_dcache_info
What's new:
Large performance increase, Databases holding pools, so pools can be run on file systems with slow lookup speed. At least 5X performance upgrade. Many bug fixes.
New information system provider.

glite-WMS
What's new
This is an update of the WMS to include a new version of the ICE component (to address a couple of problems concerning the detection of job status changes).
Moreover it provides an update of some other components deployed in the WMS node. In particular it includes a new version of gridsite (which fixes a problem happening when considering proxies generated using gLite 3.2 VOMS servers).
